PETA has said it had wanted to conduct an undercover investigation at testing laboratories at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill but feared prosecution under the law.An appeals court ruled that the law could not be enforced against PETA — and likely others in similar situations — when its undercover work is being performed to conduct newsgathering activities.The law is similar to so-called state ag-gag laws — aimed at gagging undercover activists who record footage of the animal agriculture industry — that have been struck down by several courts around the country over free speech concerns. The Supreme Court has so far refused to weigh in.。本届赛事由亚洲轮滑联合会指导，中国轮滑协会主办，浙江省智力运动管理中心、浙江省轮滑协会、海宁市人民政府共同承办，自2010年首届举办至今，赛事已连续落地海宁十二届，逐步形成以国际标准室内轮滑场馆与品牌赛事为核心的本地体育产业生态。赛事吸引了来自印度、英国、越南、泰国、中国香港等 10 个国家和地区的轮滑选手参赛。开幕式上，国家体育总局社会体育指导中心，浙江省体育总会，国家体育总局社会体育指导中心备战及反兴奋剂工作部，浙江省智力运动管理中心（浙江省社会体育指导中心），海宁市人大常委会，浙江省轮滑协会，嘉兴市体育彩票管理服务中心，嘉兴市轮滑协会，海宁市文化和广电旅游体育局，海宁市精神文明建设委员会，海宁市海洲街道等单位相关负责人出席仪式。比赛共设 7 个组别，覆盖成年组、青年组、少年甲组至丁组及教练组；竞赛项目包含 200 米双人计时赛、200 米计时赛、500 米 + D 争先赛、1000 米争先赛、3000 米积分赛、5000 米积分赛、10000 米淘汰赛、3000 米接力赛，适配不同年龄段与身份的参赛群体。作为公益合作伙伴，嘉兴体彩将“公益体彩 乐善人生”的品牌理念融入赛事全程。今年嘉兴体彩推出公益品牌合作布局，重点助力打造嘉兴本土精品赛事，以公益资源赋能赛事品质提升，服务体育强市、赛事强市建设。这是其践行 “来之于民、用之于民” 发行宗旨的具体落地，通过持续支持专业赛事落地，推动群众体育普及与体育后备人才培养，为本地体育事业发展注入稳定的公益力量。
